United Airlines adding non-stop seasonal service from Brownsville to Chicago O’Hare Airport
Travelers will have some additional travel options out of the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport starting in November
South Padre Island, Texas – May 8, 2018 – The Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO) announced on May 14 that United Airlines will begin non-stop seasonal service from Brownsville to Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD). Starting on Nov. 3, 2018, these Saturday flights will run through March of 2019.
“We are proud to expand our services to offer a United Airlines direct flight to Chicago O’Hare International Airport,” said BRO Director, Bryant Walker, in a press release. “These flights are an excellent addition to our services and will provide convenient travel for visitors from the Midwest, including Snowbirds, Winter Texans, and their families.”
